AuroraFood is a wellness-inspired food tech company founded by three food scientists from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
We believe that everyone has the right to enjoy any sweets they like without feeling guilty or worried about their health.
Since 2011, we have been working towards developing the next generation of functional food to boost health & combat diseases. Our patented blood sugar control tech enables health-conscious individuals to satisfy their sweet cravings with healthier results.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
We have discovered a group of bioactive compounds from cereals & berries that can slow the action of digestive enzymes in our intestines.
With our proprietary formulation, we have made sugar and starch digestible in a slower and safer manner… Ultimately creating foods with a low glycaemic index (GI) too!
We hope to further our food tech to bring a wider variety of diabetic-friendly food choices, with no compromise on taste!
